How We Work
Workflow fit without disruption
diaLOC operates inside standard LSP environments and adapts to client-defined workflows and quality requirements. The goal is predictability and low operational overhead, maintaining quality to reduce rework, escalation, and linguistic drift across releases.
Quality control
- Default model is TEP unless specified otherwise.
- Automated QA are carried out within client TMS modules or standard QA tools.
- Client feedback is incorporated across release cycles.
Capacity & scalability
- Production capacity reaches up to multiple dozen thousand words per week under standard workload conditions.
- Additional vetted senior collaborators are activated when required and supervised internally to maintain consistency.
Continuity & governance
- Core partners share access to project communications, translation memories and program history to prevent operational silos.
- Projects are handled under NDA in accordance with client-defined data policies.
Tools & technical compatibility
Production is executed within established localization ecosystems, with operational control across production, workflow management and QA layers.
- CAT production environments (Trados Studio, memoQ, Wordfast, Déjà Vu)
- Client-hosted TMS platforms (XTM, Smartling, GlobalLink, Crowdin, Lokalise, SmartCAT, Phrase)
- Quality assurance (QA) frameworks (Xbench, Verifika, QA Distiller)
- Specialized localization tools (Alchemy Catalyst, Qt Linguist)
Fully compatible with role-based permission structures and client-defined workflow governance.
